Wednesday the windtalker was saying at 2pm 15-29 mph : I sailed with 4.7
Thursday it was 13-26 mph : I sailed with 5.3

My experience is that if the windtalker is in that range, then it's very
likely to have a good 4.7-5.3 afternoon session.
