For this:
caz503-192230-
san francisco san pablo suisun bays and the west delta
930 am pdt fri may 19 1995
...small craft advisory for the north bay...
.today...wind w 10 to 20 kt...except to 25 kt near angel island.
patchy morning fog.
.tonight...wind w 10 to 20 kt decreasing overnight. fog developing.
.saturday...wind w to 15 kt. areas of morning fog.
Is the small craft advisory because of the possibility of winds of 25 kt
near Angel Island? How can you have a small craft advisory in only 10-20
kt of wind? This doesn't make sense to me.
