3:30pm fri 3/24: (Davenport) A fun day on the water! Powered up on a
4.2, logo high surf with 10-12 foot sets. About 8 sailors were out. There
was even a camera crew there to take my picture, yeah right! I noticed
Josh Angulo, Brian Caserio, and Kai Katchedorian zip by me. I took a
short break to watch. Turns out they had planned to sail Mavericks, but
it wasn't windy enough. Inspired by Josh, I'm going to learn aerial off the
lips (when the surf is smaller).
3:00pm sat 3/25: (Davenport) Another fun day. 4.7 powered up, head
high surf. About 20 sailors were out.
