I think the plan is for a driving range. I don't think there is enough
room for a golf course. And, from what I understand, the plan is for
temporary use for the next 10 years, after which time a hotel will be
built in it's place. A driving range with 25 knots of wind at your
back, sounds like it will be a popular place :^)
