I think these questions are key to understanding how we should
proceed. As you sales types know, in any sales situation it is
critical to understand the "customer's" (Foster City's) problems and
objections before understanding how we can sell our suggested
improvements. There has been a lot of speculation about their concerns.
Will the real answer please stand up?
