I thought I was the only windsurfing salsero! The best place for windsurfing
and salsa dancing is... the San Francisco bay area. You didn't mention what
type of salsa you're looking for, but in the geographic area you mentioned I
think you will find dancing, but not LA-style partner salsa. If you do find
that anywere you're going, please let me know.

I saw a lot of very proficient cumbia dancers in Costa Rica, but that was in
San Jose.

I was just on Maui and there is salsa over there but we didn't have a chance
to check it out. Next time...

Any good windsurifing in Cuba? I was there in fall '96, but there was no
wind.
