Sherman report from weekend:
Saturday - epic kite conditions. Steady 15mph all day long. A bit busy on
the water. 4 hours of non-stop steady - like a fan - wind. At night time,
around 6 pm, the wind came up. Joani got a good session while there was an
amazing sunset unfolding. The best sunset of the year at Sherman.
Sunday - woke up to cloud cover and the truck rocking from the wind. Joani
went out on 5.2/glass board and had good session. The wind backed off and
lulled me into going out on big kite - 18m. After 30 minutes of bliss the
wind came up to solid 20. Coming in to the beach was.....exciting. I did
have one jump where I saw god - and this has nothing to do w/the Jewish
high holidays. I did land the jump in case you care. After I calmed down
for a few minutes, went back out on 10m kite and had a blast for 2+ hours.
It blew really good until 4pm.
