For those attending Burning Man this year and planning to go
Windsurfing on the Playa, I would like to have a brief gathering
at my place on Thursday evening the 15th at 7:30 PM. I will have
some burgers and beers for us, so all you need to do is show
up.
My goal for the meeting is for the local San Francisco Bay Area
crew to get to know each other better, plan the \223Windsurfing
on the Playa\224 parade, discuss BRC-DMV volunteering, exchange
rig decorating ideas, and discuss any other miscellaneous Burning
Man preparation topics.
I want to receive your input on some of these topics because
Jonno and I have been planning everything by ourselves and it
would be good to hear some fresh ideas. Also, Jonno has been
doing some interesting things with his rig that you might find
inspirational.
Spread the word to anyone else that you know who will be windsurfing
at Burning Man. Please let me know if you will be coming this
Thursday nite so that I can prepare for the right number of people.
I hope you can make it this Thursday nite. At the very least,
I look forward to seeing you on the playa.
