Iove my AHD Power Wave 257. I'm not sure there are many used ones out there,
but it has been tough and durable and works in all conditions. It's 85 liters
with a double concave tail that gives quick planing and glide through the
gusts. I got it used from a pure wave sailor who wnated aboard that had more
rocker and was slower so as to not outrun the wave. I had fun on JP's at Vela
but the gel coat seems very delicate..too delicate for my antics. I haven't
really had time on the Naish and the Project boards I have ridden didn't do
much for me but I didn't get to tride them in good conditions. One of the
better boards at the board test was the 85 liter HighFly bump & jump (orange
board).

P.S. the airport is trying hard to spin the story on the runways and the news
crews are running around, so we should see some coverage tonight on TV
including Edward, our SerboWelsh windsurfer, telling channel 3 that the
"public outreach" budget for SFO is in fact a propoganda budget (a Serb
should know!).
