It appears from iwindsurf that the wind is kite friendly @ Benicia - narrow
range, pretty steady.

If you have kited there, would you please share:
1. Where do you launch/park?
2. What are the safety related issues - in water or on the beach?
3. Is there adequate space to launch a kite - including sand for self
launching?
4. If things go wrong in the water, where does "downwind" take you? from
map, it looks like you wind up somewhere in industrial Martinez.

The local info on iwindsurf indicates that 9th has a big parking lot and
sandy beach. I would love to get some local info....

I am familiar with the Bay tides.....

Thanks,
