I don't know if this is a problem for anyone, but if it is, you should
comment. This is from the Chronicle, 3/7

SAN FRANCISCO: More than anything, it's news. About halibut. About live
bait. About boats and closed zones. To start, Emeryville Sportfishing
owner Craig Stone is back from Washington, D.C., where he talked up
aides for Sen. Dianne Feinstein and Rep. Mike Honda. He told them that
though the Bay Area's fishing community understands the need for
protection around the airports, that perhaps an allowance can be made
that would permit fishing in the closed zones. The aides listened, for
two hours, and took notes. And now, amazingly, the Coast Guard is
seeking public comment on a proposal to move the restricted water from
approximately 2,000 yards off the airports to 1,000 yards. If you would
like to weigh in, contact Lt. Andrew Cheney at (510) 437-3073. The
public comment period ends April 8
