I've had excellent experiences with both Hawaiian Island and Second Wind. With both I also used a "package" concept to have two complete rigs, and a third sail (but only one board), on the beach with me at all times. Saves a few BAF's when wind speeds change. Plus, I took a couple of my own sails, as that's easy.

Found them quite open to negotiation for 1-2 week plan, as long as I did it from over here, well before I left.
