While the overall hourly landing average looks very nice compared to the
peak foul weather landing rate, that's apples vs oranges. What's the peak
landing rate in good weather?

Politics really is dirty work; lies, damned lies, and statistics are the
tools of choice (and since the opposition's using them, we should too?)!
