Manu,

I went this March and the wind was only fair. I was told that this was
unusual. Don't know about June. It is not a big wind spot, but generally
nice and steady. Big sails seem to be the norm, the smallest I used was a
6.0 but with a steady wind that's OK. The shallow water is kind of nice
although you have to be careful in spots.

We rented from Windsurf Inc. and it is a nice arrangement. All the gear is
rigged right by the water. We were off season and they were quite flexible
in their rental arrangements. In rec.windsurfing, someone was complaining
about them being quite rigid and only doing weekly rentals from Sunday
through Saturday during high season, now. Check it out for yourself.

You can stay in Condos right next door (arranged by Windsurf Inc. if you
wish) and maybe not need a car. Our group had four, there were five
couples. I think you need a car, the island is pretty spread out.

I talked to one local (the doctor who sewed up my leg, another story) and
she recommended someone named Jibber who has a shop on the main drag.

We did have a great time.

Good luck,

Bruce
