.4 ft is unsailable at 3rd (without a lot of walking) but quite workable
at Coyote - you just walk out about 100 yards. The difference is that
3rd is more or less the same depth for the first mile; Coyote gets
steadily deeper.
Of course, low tide conditions will prevent anyone from sailing
close enough to shore for good photos...
