Subject: Another Development Meeting?

I just spoke with Vlad and he mentioned a possible meeting tonight on the East Shore Park development process (Berkeley/Emeryville/Albany, etc.). Apparently Steve Sylvester and Jim McGrath may know more about it and may have attended earlier session?

Anyway, according to Vlad this meeting is at 7PM tonight (2/20) at 160 University Ave, Berkeley, down in the Marina, maybe at some Nature Center (?) - see map URL below.

If anyone has more details, please post.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to get permission to post the essay in the Feb issue of Latitude 38 (Max Ebb's column) which is very relevant to the tension between use of waterfront and "preservationist" pressures.

                Thanks, David

P.S. Yesterday was really great session at the Berkeley Marina, in case you missed it...... :)
