I had an extra $100 charge from Windsight in Aug 98, done before my
account was empty. They showed it as a large balance in my Windsight
account and I was able to get it reversed with a phone call. I took
my credit card off the account and have had no more charges.
But even then, a friend who lives there said this was happening a lot.
At the time it was not outright theft, but using their customers' credit
to cover their cash flow problems. They have been doing this for a long
time.
