Reply to a friend about the wknd. Life in one of the best places on earth.

Friday super light at crissy inside. Slogged on a 6.4m sail to perfect
steady wind and SUN by Sausalito bay way. Stayed there till late. Great
peeling waves on the smooth water from the tankers. Partied with a new bud
Ezra and met two swedish girls still salty and in post sailing clothes till
3a.m.

Saturday. Road bike to top of Tamalpais, then Crissy, Totally filled in
5.0m sail, Sailed to bridge and then to the bouy off of Angel island in 4
reaches. Felt like I was attached to a motorboat for 4 hrs. Exhausted,
Thai restaurant, never drove more than 10 blocks.

Sunday. 8am. loading up the car to go to Sherman, 21 mph. But wait, Wadell
14mph. Head to Wadell(ocean and waves). Semi windy but not yet. Watched
at least 100 seals swimming off Ano Nuevo(lunch counter) Mt biked up to the
bike park 5mi up in big basin then hiked to waterfall, crystal falls and
berry falls. Peace full. Right on. Head back down, very fun downhill for
an open mind. Saw some crazy creatures growing in Wadell creek. Got down
to the water. rigged 5.0, 85L board, small fin. Ripped med. to small
waves, super uncrowded, sailed till I couldn't move anymore. It's great to
watch "Revolution" all week and then try to get the rail in the water on
bottom turns, even if they are just ankle biters. Sunset, Pacifico, left
over Thai food from Saturday night. Home- burgers on The Lean mean fat
reducing grilling machine (endorsed by George Foreman).

Monday-toast.
