3rd Avenue and Coyote Point Friends,

I am moving to the North Bay. I wish you all the best sailing,
and good luck with the airport expansion and Burlingame. I found
a place to live in Tiburon where I can waterstart 10 feet from my
backyard!

Wind_talk,

If you're interested in a house where you can windsurf from your
backyard, and you have some IPO stock to cash in, check out
Paradise Cay. There's a waterfront listing there for $1.6M right
now. The wind comes down through a gap in the hills at Trestle
Glen Road. It seems to blow at Paradise Cay when it blows at
Larkspur. For a map, click on:

[Warning: my knowledge of Paradise Cay is mostly based on a
friends of mine who windsurf there. Send me email after I've
live there a year if you want more data.]

Also, a friend of mine from Maui (Bob Colopy, the guy who used to
host the "Who's on 3rd" web site) is selling his beautiful house
in Kihei. You can windsurf from his backyard too. I looked at
houses on his street to buy... I couldn't bring myself to move
that far from family and from sources of work income, but it sure
is nice there:

Happy sailing,

Rick Cattell.
