I'm in urgent need of any photo(s) which depict the Crissy Field East Beach as
it existed prior to October, 1999... anything taken from the Big Pipe or
vicinity looking East towards the St Francis YC, or from the St. Francis looking
west would be great. We (SFBA) need as many good 'before' shots to compare
with the eroded condition in which it exists today. By the way, we have before
and after aerial photos, buy we need ground shots to fully depict the impacts;
AND, we are making progress with GGNPA and GGNRA, and expect an action plan
soon, however, we may need to kick off a huge awareness campaign and good ground
level shots are vital. I can be reached at 415 744-2332. You can email them to
robberson.bill@epa.gov-DeleteThis or snail mail with your return address to Bill Robberson,
US EPA, SFD-1, 75 Hawthorne St., SF, CA 94105. Thanks for helping to bring the
Crissy Field Beach back to the safe and stable condition that it once was! -
Bill Robberson
