Over the past 8 years I've owned 4 different ASD Enduros & Enduro hybrids.
The boards are great for this region. Waves or B&J they rock. Currently, I
have a custom wide 8'6 with a thinner tail and more wavy rails. I'm 190-195
and predominantly sail waves. Depending on your style, ability, and sailing
location you can probably make one of their stock designs your dream board.

I demoed their new Enduro shapes (8'7 by Bob Miller & 8'5 by Coffey) at the
Waddell contest. The wind was too light to really test their metal, but I
coul shlog the Coffee and the 8'7 was a good light wind board. The Coffey
looks and felt really loose and would be a great Davenport and other
wavesites' board, but maybe a little shluggish for the bay. The 8'7 will
work for bigger guys in a variety of conditions including Waddell, but in my
opinion is a little too much board for Davenport.

I have a ASD enduro 8-6 that is in great shape that I need to sell. I
haven't used it in over a year. I bought it new in the fall of 97. I sailed
it for 1 1/2 seasons then got a new custom that was a little floatier and
wavier. The board is white and sails B&J and waves really well depending on
the fin choice.
I'm not sure of its liter rating, but I'm guessing its about 78. This would
be a great board for your weight. Get in touch with me if your interested
and you can try it out. I live in Pacifica, but I'm in the city every day.

Whichever way you go you can't go wrong with ASD. They have a great company.
Buy local and support these guys.
