Subject: Crissy Parking & Beach Erosion

Bill Robberson of SFBA has been talking with the GGNPA and the National Park
Service and there will be a parking plan going into effect to alleviate some
of the current parking problems. The plan should be up on ww.sfba.org in a
few days. They should open some of the "grass" area and will allow more
astroturf for rigging. If anyone has access to astroturf, leave Bill a
message at (415) 744-2332 in order to coordinate placing the astroturf where
it will not be removed.

Bill has also advised the Park Service of the concerns about beach erosion.
He will be meeting with GGNPPA, NPS and their ocean engineering/beach
consultant in the near future. GGNPA/NPS will be taking steps to remove
exposed debris from the beach.

Peter
