I second the more sailing reports sentiment!!!
On Sunday Waddell was pretty much a confused mess. I got on the water at 3
and took a nice beating... Sailed a 4.2 and an 8'2'' (175lb). Very
holey/gusty inside with some big sets coming through, mostly just pitching
and closing out, very rocky due to the early season/ low tide. I really
need to get it thru my head to chicken jibe more... A couple of times I got
air and was immediately op'd/back winded in mid-flight. Should have gone to
Dport, but thought it'd be even windier there...
As much as I love the surf, I think I'll head to the Bay on the next nuke
day... or maybe try some other costal spot that doesn't normally get windy-
where the surf stays somewhat clean (anyone care to share such a place?)
