The Burlingame Planning Commission has decided that they would like to hold
another study session regarding the development planned for 301 Airport
Boulevard since the project has been revised in a number of ways. If the
review by the company that prepared the environmental impact report is
submitted by the end of the week, then the study session (no public comment)
will occur on March 27th and the most likely date for action on the project
(vote on approval or denial following public comments) would be May 3. I will
plan on obtaining the Planning Department staff report when it becomes
available, most likely on March 22nd, and will post details of the revised
plan.

The lastest information I have indicates that the project consists of four
buildings at a height of 65' each. As far as I know, the floor area is still
around 480,000 s.f. Traffic impacts will probably be similar to those
projected in the last revision of the plan if the floor area and thus the
number of tenants remains unchanged.
