I love the North Shore and I like the Wouth shore too. The properties
available for rental property are limited on the North shore. In fact the
market is getting more active there now and the inventory is a little sparse.
I just closed on a nice ocean front condo in Maalaea Bay. I looked around a
lot and found the best value there. We have it set up for rental with a good
agencey. I like this area because its 15 minutes from the North shore,
centrally located, adjacent to an uninterrupted 7 mile beach preserve, in
front of some great surfing with a lot more breaks close at hand, and has a
killer Beautiful view.
I know a great realtor over there if you are looking for some help.
