I have to opportunity to spend 3 weeks in Tarifa and I've read of the
windsurfing dream spot that it is. Anyone on this list been there? I'll be
there last week in March, first two weeks of April. How are the conditions
that time of year? Any special places not to miss / to miss? Any info.
would be greatly appreciated.
