Given the attitude of FC towards windsurfing I would tend to agree. I went
to the 3rd parking lot on Sunday and I was quite appalled by the amount of
space they put for those handicapped parking spaces after the season - I
calculated around 10 normal parking slots were lost. This seems far more
than anything required by the ADA. This, and the infamous "duck pond" in
our launching area demonstrate a clear pattern of harassment towards
windsurfers. What I find particularly despising (and, alas, extremely
clever) is their use of ecological and humanitarian pretexts for their
harassment campaign. Given that pattern, I expect FC to try by any means
to keep the dirt road parking closed.
