who took the samples? What's the issue? If it's sewage or stormwater then I'd
start with the City Public Works or whom ever runs the sewage treatment plant.
You could also call the Regional Water Quality Control Board (where I work).
Hapte Kifle is the watershed staff person 510.622.2371. He might be able to
steer you toward the data.
