ADA issues are regulated by federal, and state requirements, with the more
restrictive usually governing. Local juristictions can also impose more
restrictive requirements.
State requirements are in the California Building Code, Table 11B-6:
Total # of spaces Req'd # accessible spaces
1-25 1
26-50 2
51-75 3
76-100 4
etc.
However, the local juristiction could require more.
