I posted following on Apr. 29, nothing new, except that working on
restricted access was too much work for 1 or 2 potential sails.

I am working with Bill Robberson on TI access. The latest is that the
island will
not open to the public for 12 - 18 months. We are also working on
possibilities
that may lead to restricted access before that time.
