The twist locks which hold the back end of my boom at the proper length slip.
When the sail gets majorly powered one side of the back end will slide in
about 1 1/2 notches. I replaced the twist lock parts once already to deal
with this but it seems like the fix lasted about 20 sessions. Anyone know a
trick to deal with this? I suspect that some thin tape around the boom back
end where it is clamped down on might work. Anyone have a better solution
(I'm not very interested in getting a new one for $400+).

Peter
