Why don't you at least TRY calling F2. If you're only a couple of months out of
warantee they might make an exception. I've done that before [with other
products] and have had some success. Me thinks you'd have much better luck going
that route than down the endless hole of the credit card company.
Just my 2 cents.

Subject: board repair
Well it was bound to happen, but I expected this to happen 3 years or so from
now. My '98 F2 Axxis 272 has cracks and is soft under all the heel positions,
especially in the back. Yeah, I flat-land most of my jumps, but since
the cracks are just as big on the starboard side, it's not from jumping.
So I'm definitely pissed -- the board has been used <50 times. The F2
warrantee is only 1 year and that has expired. My only hope is that
the credit card company will honor their doubling of the warrantee. Has
anyone had any success with this?
I'd also like recommendations, especially local, of anyone that can make
broken epoxy new again.
Lastly, I like to know of which custom boards are the most bullet-proof.
I'm staying away from production boards from now on.
Thanks.
Chris
