My 8'2 Enduro, vintage '96 is exactly what you're describing. I was
riding it just a couple hours ago with a 3.7 and a 8" wave fin in Tomales
bay. I'll rig a 4.7 on it sometimes, but 4.2 and under is more common.
It's epoxy, ASD white, and I love it. Not for sale. Order your own.
A good fin quiver makes a big difference too.
