I had heard that the Gorge Rax guy went out of business also. However, I
just got one three weeks ago, as he apparently just did a special run of
them that are being sold by mail order from WINDANCE in Hood River. They
are at 800-574-4020 or 541-386-2131.
They come set up for Thule bars for 129.95, but there is a Yakima adapter
for about $50 buck or so.
