Who sailed Super Sunday? I wanted to, but alas, I was nursing a sore
shoulder and a sick family. It looked good, but *COOOOLD!* and a little
TOO windy for the first westerly session of the year.

Also, doesn't Seal Point, like the cove (mudflats) to which it is
adjacent, get very low tides, lower than Third, very often? I'd agree
that the ramps are pretty dang good up near Channel Marker 8, but the
tide levels would pose the biggest problem, imho. I've never sailed
right up to the dump, but it seems like that sucker would create a huge
wind shadow. Has anyone tried to sail right up to it on a west/northwest
wind day?

Btw - the walk is no big deal if you: 1) have a loading zone where
loading/unloading only is permitted (strictly enforced, please!); or 2)
have one of those wheeled thingies that you can wheel your stuff down to
the rigging area.

Thanks.

-Ed
