$50 per night for 3 bedrooms sounds like a very good deal to me. I think
you would have no problems renting it out...especially so close to paia.
I would be interested.

Most of the condo types places are $60-80 a night, and that's for a
single
room (although you get nice grounds, pool, beach acesss, modern kitchen,
etc...). I usually stay in Kihey for only $50/night because my wife's
grand
parents leave there, but it's nice to stay on the north shore
sometimes...
