Does anyone have any empirical evidence on this? I've heard a variety of
things - that an obstruction disturbs the wind from 3 to 10 times it's
height. Does anyone know the actual rule? What is the distance from the
closest building to the launch (or other area proposed to be obstructed
by the buildings in question) and what is the orientation of that
proposed closest obstruction in relation to the launch/sailing area?

Thanks.
