Theresa,

Out of curiousity, exactly how were the board and boom locked to the roof of your car?
(board lock to mast track or fin box, cable lock through foot straps, other?)

Also, any idea how the thief defeated the locking method? (cut cable, cut footstraps,
other?)

Any info provided may help prevention of more thefts.

Tnx

BobP

Subject: Stolen Board and Boom

My board and boom were locked to the roof of my car in the city and were
stolen on Thursday night. Thought I would post a note in case anyone
sees/hears of someone trying to sell it.
F2 254 board. It has a True Ames 10.0" Blaster fin and a Chinook mast base
plate in the mast track. It was in an Airwave 8.6 foil bag with green
canvas tip and tail.

Any information would be appreciated.
