Go over the Bay Bridge east; keep going to Sacramento I-80 east;
keep right and change to I-580 to Richmond; exit on "Central Ave."
and turn left to west on the overpass; continue to go the main
road passing "Costco" on the left side to its very end. The road
ends on a parking lot. There are two launch points between stones
on the beach.
