Was in the city on business and took the windsurf mobile. Arrived at SF
Yacht club at 5:00 or so and it looked more filled into the beach than I've
seen in awhile, although very few people were out. I think there had been a
pretty good flood working. Rigged 5.5 and armored up my mangled finger with
plastic bags and lot's of duct tape. Launched and was ok powered for 30
mins or so. Wind backed down a bit so re-rigged 6.2. Then the fog started
in, and my finger was hurting, so I didn't go out again. Reports were that
it was very windy outside under the fog with lot's of vodoo chop.
Curiously, the Chrissy launch looked real dead.
