I don't know where you could buy one, but I do know that friends have used old
snowboards as a base. I think that the wheels are the tricky part - getting ones
with good bearings. I also heard of a company called Streetsailing in San
Francisco - but they don't seem to be in the phone book. anyone else have any
ideas?
