There is a site not far from Oysters, at Haskins @ E. Jamie (Flying
Tigers?). It is OK only at relatively high tide. Does anybody know
how high should it be?

There is a nearby site at Genentech (City Park), which looks deeper.
Is it tide restricted, too?

Does anybody know the way to calculate the sailable tides for those
2 sites?

Is there a formula like "Take Coyote tide level from Ken Poulton's page,
substact 3.5, delay by 45 min, blah-blah-blah..."

Thanks,
