Okay for those of us who are cheap :-) here is another method.

Go to the http://www.carveitup.com and select the weather pages. One of the
services they use for sailing reports is intellicast it is quite good and
it's free.

 Call of the wind is pretty cool but if you want to avoiding spending $ use
the above. Intellicast does have good reports as well..
