Sailed at Sherman this afternoon - 6.2/9'6"(207#),
powered nicely for 4 hours. The sun felt good, explored
the islands up river from the park. Nice smooth water
for making high speed turns.

Answering Ricks board question: I think what makes a
board handle chop well are: nose scoop, vee in the bottom
and where it starts --more vee earlier=better chop handling--
width of tail - too wide makes board bouncy- board material
(glass/plastic smoother then epoxy), and of course rider
skill, mogul skiing experience helps, good attitude always
helps ;-)

Anyone interested in sailing Tuba tomorow? the forecast
looks promising. Don't like to sail there solo....
