I am still lurking here at wind talk. Pistol River has had about 2 good
days in the last month. The wind is trying to do its thing but the quick
little systems keep coming through regularly and spoiling it. There has
been more fog than usual.

I will try to post a report when it looks good.

There are some camp areas around but not at the sailing site. Harris state
beach in Brookings is popular. There is more up the Rogue River. A packet
is available from the Chamber of commerce. Go to www.harborside.com and
look for chambers or commerce. Or call 1-800 525-2334.

P.s. Our surf shop is closed. We still have some inventory to clear out at
