Good point. I'm 230# and my quiver is 5.5, 6.5 and 7.5 Naish NOA's
(camless sails with a race shape and range). I have 4.0, 4.5 and 5.1
for my older wave sails. I do fill in with boards (easier to go to a
smaller board than rig another sail) and I suspect you might have two or
more boards as well.
Sail power will vary between brands and models too so you have to do a
bit of experimentation.
