Most all the women I know that windsurf seem to be affected by the cold more
than men. I would strongly suggest to use a 4/3 with sealed seems. Rash
guards are worn under the wetsuit and also come in a thicker / warmer version.
Buy a hood and use it when its cold. All that heat we make goes out the top.
