FYI, some Mistrals include a rig leash which is a bungee cord
which comes out of the top of the mast track and hooks into a little
plate which rotates arond the mast foot pin (which is also used for
connecting the downhaul).

I don't usually use this, but it might be a good idea to use it.

I am curious what type of wetsuit Carlos had on during his ordeal
and how long it kept him warm. How long should I expect my 4/3 to
keep me warm?
