I don't know what forecasters are saying except it's gonna rain till May
at least, is what I heard. I'm just speculating, but I think it's gonna
start late, the fog won't come in (warmer Pacific temps), coastal sailing
will be best, the Delta and San Luis won't happen, and the Gorge will be
dead.

Was it summer '96 or '95 where it did this? It was a less severe El Nino
year, if I'm not mistaken.

Jean Dixon, eat your heart out, but I hope I'm wrong.
