I knew it was gonna be good by the number of helmet heads and people on the
shore, shaking their heads, shoulders hunched, glaring at the water! One
guy even gave me a doubtful smirk as I entered the water asking me, "Are you
sure you want to go out there?" I should've replied that there are some
girls that like it wild, out of control and reeeeeally windy. It was
awesome! At least 2 other guys out on sails under 4.0. I rigged a 3.3
spid., 7'10" styro Hitech, weighing in at 110#s. Arrived around 1:30pm and
it was blowing anywhere from ave.25-29. In your face port tack flight and
water like ICE. Drove home in the dark, muy contenta. After all the dark
days, this day was a gift. Annie
